Analysis of Influencing Factors on Fatigue Life of a Certain Radar Structure

Abstract The factors affecting the fatigue life of radar structural parts and measures to improve are analyzed systematically. On this basis, stress concentration at right angle root low surface roughness was determined by means finite element simulation, simulated loading test, material performance which is main factor cracking. Risk analysis carried out simulate extreme support materials increased increasing fillet, lifting avoid concentration, replacing high-strength materials. improvement were verified through tests.
